Emtrain CEO Speaking at SCCE

As SCCE quickly approaches (October 15-18) there are a number of truly-inspiring   speakers that will be conducting sessions on varying topics at the 16th Annual Ethics and Compliance Conference this year.

Included in this year's program will be Emtrain’s CEO and Founder, Janine Yancey, speaking Monday, October 16th at 1:30pm in her session - The Story of AppNexus: How C-Level Commitment Creates an Ethical Culture. In Janine's session, she will highlight the positive impact on an organization when a code of conduct program is embraced and led by business partners, especially the CEO.  Her presentation will include a look at leadership's commitment to build a culture that views ethical decision-making as a competitive advantage and views mistakes as learning moments.

Janine will also share about lessons learned from the use of innovative workplace tools that go beyond a ‘check the box’  training initiative, encouraging continuous engagement and healthy dialog within an organization.

If you plan on attending SCCE this year, join Janine's session to learn more about how to reduce enterprise risk and strive for a culture your organization will value.

We will be at Booth #115 and look forward to seeing you there!
